Making A Purchase

UK ONLY - Minimum Order is £7, Postage and Packaging is free on all orders over £30. On any orders under Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

UK ONLY - Minimum Order is £7, Postage and Packaging is free on all orders over £30. On any orders under £29.99, Postage and Packaging is charged at a standard rate of £3. For overseas orders please contact us.

First class post in usually used but this does not mean that it will be despatched sameday and cannot be tracked. If you want to use a tracking service please use our Parcelforce tracking service at £3.00 extra.

Delivery Schedule

We usually despatch all orders within 48 hours but please allow 10 working days for delivery. You will receive email confirmation as soon as your order is despatched.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at a standard rate of 17.5%, however all products and postage already have VAT added.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
